Mrs Bhatnagar, has a work experience of more than 38 years in general insurance industry in Underwriting and Claims Management. She has an acclaimed expertise in Fire, Property, Business Interruption, Contractors All Risks, Marine Cum Storage Cum Erection, Marine Hull & Cargo, Machinery Breakdown, Health, Accident, Auto and other Industrial claims. She has also advised, serviced and handled large claims relating to property, marine hull, cargo, engineering and other insurance products for many reputed corporate entities like ITC, Cadbury, Glaxo, and Paper Products, Adani group, Goa Shipyard, Shipping Corporation of India, Chougles, Bandekars UB Goup, IRB group and Ruby Mills.

Mrs Bhatnagar has rich, diverse and in-depth domain experience in the General Insurance Industry having worked with reputed insurance companies like United India, Reliance General, Royal Sundaram and Ace Insurance Brokers.  

She was heading a large claims team across Fire, Marine, Engineering, Health, Accident and Motor Claims and also supervised and reviewed the performance of TPA and Network Hospitals.
